KNeTs
KNeTs is a java application for creating interactive interviewing applications. An interview description is created by the interviewer, and is used by KNeTs to create an interview document. KNeTs was created to interactively elicit knowledge under a given combination of circumstances. For example, an early application was to elicit how farmers would react under different weather and economic conditions.
KNeTs includes facilities to create rules from the interview session, which can be exported to Jess, an expert system shell. It will also produce output files formatted for Weka, a data mining tool, where many different algorithms can be examined to extract patterns or rules from the interview data.
